Independently manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations via email Support the day-to-day operations of our call center by taking on additional operational tasks Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process and workflow improvements Support the Quality team in maintaining and improving service quality standards Create and maintain workflow documentation in both German and English At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, ideally in a call center environment Experience with Google Workspace; knowledge of Jira and Zendesk is a plus Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset Quick learner with a proactive approach and a high level of ownership Hands-on mentality with excellent problem-solving skills Fluent in German…
