Du kannst deutschlandweit remote oder hybrid arbeiten. Was dich als Werkstudent:in im Customer Support erwartet Als Teil unseres Support-Teams bist du die Stimme von Nelly für Patient:innen. Du hilfst ihnen bei Fragen zu Zahlungen und Abrechnung per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat, freundlich, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert. So sorgst du dafür, dass sich die Patient:innen unserer Kund:innen jederzeit gut betreut fühlen.
