Über Simplyright Wir bei Simplyright helfen unseren Kunden dabei, ihr Recht schnell und unkompliziert durchzusetzen. Unser Fokus liegt unter anderem darauf, unzulässige Kontogebühren von Banken zurückzufordern oder zu viel gezahlte Beiträge während des Lockdowns von Fitnessstudios zurückzuholen. In unserem Team mit 11 bis 50 Mitarbeitenden arbeiten wir gemeinsam daran, juristische Prozesse für Verbraucher zugänglich zu machen. Deine Aufgaben im Backoffice Du bearbeitest Kundenanliegen und administrative Vorgänge im Innendienst. Du pflegst und verwaltest Kundenakten im System. Du stehst im telefonischen Austausch mit Mandanten und betreust sie bei Fragen zu ihren Verfahren. Du korrespondierst schriftlich über unser Ticketsystem mit Kunden.…
