Stellenbeschreibung So unterstützt Du uns Du erfasst und bearbeitest eingehende kaufmännische Supportanfragen und übernimmst die damit einhergehende Betreuung und Beratung des Kunden. Du übernimmst gern Verantwortung, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern, d.h. Du bist stets freundlich, kompetent und fair. Du betreust Bestands-, Neukunden und Interessenten unserer Tochterunternehmen (Telefonie- u. Internetanbieter) optimal und bedarfsgerecht. Du unterstützet die Kunden am Telefon mit Deiner Kompetenz, dokumentierst ggf. Supportanfragen im Help Desk/Ticket Tool und stellst die schnellstmögliche Weiterbearbeitung der Tickets sicher und setzt gegebenenfalls Störungsmeldungen ab.…
