Das ist Dein Aufgabengebiet Als Werkstudent IT Support (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser internes IT-Team und hilfst mit, eine stabile und leistungsfähige IT-Infrastruktur zu sichern. Du arbeitest nicht nur mit moderner Technik, sondern trägst aktiv dazu bei, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden reibungslos arbeiten können. Du unterstützt unser internes IT-Team im 1st & 2nd Level Support telefonisch, per E-Mail und persönlich vor Ort und bist damit eine der ersten Anlaufstellen bei IT-Fragen oder technischen Störungen. Du konfigurierst, installierst und betreust Hard- und Softwarekomponenten im Rahmen unseres Geräte-Setups und begleitest Rollouts sowie Hardwaretausch-Aktionen.…
