Über die Rolle Technische Verantwortung für Verfügbarkeit, Instandhaltung, Fehleranalyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Automatisierungssystemen wie Wafertransportsystemen (WTS), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), RFID-Systemen und Load&GoSystemen im 24/7-Fertigungsbetrieb.
