Aufgabenbereich First- und Second-Level-Support für interne Anwender vor Ort Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur in Büro- und kleineren Produktionsumgebungen Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen Einrichtung, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung von Arbeitsplätzen, Endgeräten und Standard-Office-Hardware Support für Microsoft Office und Windows-Umgebungen Unterstützung bei grundlegenden Netzwerkproblemen Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets Selbstständige Organisation und Priorisierung der täglichen Aufgaben Regelmäßiger Einsatz an verschiedenen Standorten: ca. 4 Tage pro Woche in Reutlingen und 1 Tag pro Woche in Althengstett
