PRODUKT- UND STAMMDATENMANAGEMENT Du übernimmst die Pflege und Qualitätssicherung der Produktdaten in der 1WorldSync-Datenbank. Du unterstützt die Stammdatenverwaltung und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität für interne und externe Schnittstellen sicher. OPERATIVE UNTERSTÜTZUNG IM CUSTOMER SERVICE Du unterstützt das Customer Service Team im Order-to-Cash-Prozess, beispielsweise bei Kundenanfragen, Aufträgen und Reklamationen. Du übernimmst nach entsprechender Einarbeitung definierte operative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft. SCHNITTSTELLENMANAGEMENT UND ZUSAMMENARBEIT Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen wie Sales, Logistik, Planung, Marketing und Finance zusammen.
