Die Rolle Sie sind die direkte Ansprechperson für unsere Bestandskunden im laufenden Betrieb. Kommt eine Frage oder ein Anpassungswunsch, nehmen Sie das Thema auf, klären was dahintersteht, stimmen sich mit der Entwicklung ab und geben dem Kunden eine klare Rückmeldung – auf Augenhöhe. Unsere Kunden setzen unsere Software täglich für geschäftskritische Prozesse ein. Sie erwarten jemanden, der mitdenkt, souverän auftritt und zuverlässig liefert. Nach einem Gespräch mit Ihnen soll der Kunde das Gefühl haben: hier sind wir in guten Händen.
