Während deines Praktikums unterstützt du die Koordination des Thermotechnik Vertriebs Buderus Deutschland. Du koordinierst Prozesse sowie Verfahrensanweisungen für die Marke Buderus und kümmerst dich um die Schulungsvorbereitung und Weiterentwicklung sowohl der Mitarbeiterinnen als auch Mitarbeiter in den Vertriebs-Customer Care. Darüber hinaus bildest du die Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb sowie Kundendienst und fungierst als geschätzte Ansprechperson. Des Weiteren planst und arbeitest du die fachliche Koordination aus. Zusätzlich identifizierst und bereitest qualitätssteigernde Aspekte auf und entwickelst diese weiter. Nicht zuletzt entwickelst du das SAP CRM System weiter und bist zuständig für das Reporting.…
