Rattaché(e) au Responsable de la Cellule Scripts au sein de la Direction des Opérations SAV, vous contribuez à l'amélioration continue des parcours de diagnostic et des outils d'assistance utilisés par les équipes SAV. Vous participez à la conception, à la modélisation et à l'évolution des scripts, arbres de décision et parcours clients afin d'optimiser l'expérience utilisateur et la performance opérationnelle. À ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes: Concevoir et modéliser les parcours de diagnostic et les processus SAV en collaboration avec les équipes métiers. Rédiger les scripts conversationnels, les questionnements clients et les workflows associés.…
