ROLE Voodoo is looking for a Playable Ads Chapter Lead to sit in the Central Growth Team. In this role, you'll lead key initiatives developed by our playable ads team, while staying hands-on with production and driving innovation in our playable ad formats across games. KEY TASKS - Lead and coach a small team of playable ads developers/strategists embedded within franchise-dedicated squads, ensuring high autonomy and strong performance - Stay hands-on with playable ad production, contributing directly to the creation and iteration of high-quality playable creatives - Oversee operational topics for the playable team, including workflows, tooling, and best practices - Drive innovation in playable ad formats, constantly exploring new mechanics, interactions, and creative concepts to stay…
