Jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine (au choix) L'équipe Vous rejoignez l'équipe Customer Services composée de deux teams managées par Thibaut: Support Customer Care et Support L2. L'équipe Customer Care est composée actuellement de 4 personnes. Le rôle En tant que Senior Customer Care Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients. Avec un portefeuille composée des grandes comptes, vous serez chargé de fournir un support de haute qualité en répondant aux demandes clients, tout en prenant en charge la gestion opérationnelle pour nos clients. Vous interviendrez également sur des projets transversaux stratégiques, en lien avec les autres équipes métiers, pour contribuer à l’amélioration continue de nos processus et services.…
