Customer Success Manager (CSM) Expansion Enterprise - France

You will join the Customer Success team. Your main focus will be to support our clients in getting the most value out of our products. We operate across 3 client segments: Enterprise, Strategic and Mid-Market. - Strategic covers companies with more than 2,000 employees and executive navigation, high political complexity, high renewal stakes. The Strategic CSM co-owns expansion with an AE as in Enterprise, but across more complex organisations, longer decision cycles, and C-suite stakeholders. - Enterprise covers companies between 2,000 and 10,000 employees and relies on fewer accounts, more relational depth. - Mid-Market covers companies bv 2,000 employees and relies on a more personalized, relationship-driven approach with a dedicated portfolio.
