Dashlane is looking for anLead System Administrator to lead our global IT team and turn IT into a proactive partner for the business. You will manage a small, distributed team across Paris, Lisbon, and New York, and act as a player coach: setting direction and coaching your team, while staying hands on with the infrastructure and tools that keep Dashlane running. This is a role for someone who wants to build, not maintain. You will inherit a team with solid operational foundations and a clear mandate to raise the bar: upskill the team, automate the repetitive work, and position IT as a driver of productivity and AI adoption across the company.
