Vous serez encadré et accompagné par notre chef boucher, qui vous transmettra son savoir et son expertise pour faire de vous un Professionnel et un véritable ambassadeur du mieux manger et de notre image de Producteurs & Commerçants auprès de nos clients. Vous assurerez la transformation des viandes (désossage, dégraissage, découpe) et leur conservation. Vous assurerez la présentation marchande des produits (théâtralisation, clarté des prix et de l’information, etc.) en respectant la réglementation spécifique au rayon (traçabilité, étiquetage, hygiène qualité). Vous préparerez les commandes clients. Vous assurerez le conseil et la vente auprès des clients. Chez Intermarché, l’audace et l’envie d’entreprendre sont un véritable état d’esprit.…
