VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS Dans un marché assurantiel très compétitif, AXA Direct France souhaite offrir à ses clients des contacts multicanaux fluides, sans attente ni délai de réponse. C’est l’enjeu de l’équipe Hypervision. Dans un contexte multi-sites avec 4 millions d’appels et 2,5 millions de courriers/mail par an, l’Hypervision garantit et optimise l’efficacité du dispositif opérationnel. Le pôle Pilotage & Téléphonie assure la réalisation des projets téléphonie (identification automatisée des clients, routage intelligent des appels, routage des appels en fonction d’une segmentation client, etc.) et l’optimisation de l’ensemble du dispositif en temps réel (animation de comité de production hebdomadaire, plans d’actions, etc.) Vos missions seront les suivantes: Contribuer aux projets…
