VOS MISSIONS Au sein de l'organisation WFM de Doctolib, le/la Real-Time Analyst (RTA) joue un rôle central dans le pilotage opérationnel de nos centres de contacts multi-canaux (appels et tickets) et multi-sites. Garant(e) du plan de charge au quotidien, vous assurez la cohérence entre les prévisions construites par les planificateurs WFM et la réalité opérationnelle, minute par minute. Interlocuteur(trice) clé entre les équipes terrain et la direction WFM, vous veillez en permanence au maintien des niveaux de service et à la qualité de l'expérience délivrée aux professionnels de santé et aux patients.
