VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS Au sein de la Direction Service Clients Corporel, qui regroupe 360 collaborateurs, vous intégrez une équipe à caractère humain investie sur des enjeux stratégiques majeurs. Rattaché directement au Responsable Transformation RSE, vous intervenez en tant que Chef de Projet Formation & Engagements Sociétaux dédié aux équipes et métiers opérationnels accompagnant les victimes d’accidents corporels. Vous accompagnerez la conduite de programmes clés: le développement de la formation et l'accélération des plans de montée en compétences adaptés aux besoins des opérationnels, l'intégration de la RSE au quotidien (déploiement d'offres de services sociétales et structuration de la communication), ainsi que l'enrichissement de l'offre de service en collaboration étroite avec…
