About the Role: The role is to contribute to the roll out of the customer service model by providing support on strategic projects to enhance customer experience and internal process: needs and implementation of IT solutions. Reports to the group customer service manager. Key Responsibilities: Data & KPIs analysis: provide accurate customer data and indicators extractions (usage of IT tools and Excel) Participate to the digital tools maintenance and evolution and incidents managemen International business units interactions: be in contact with the countries regarding to the group customer service projects New omnichannel platform & Self-service: improve the usage by customer service teams and customers Support to project management tasks including users guides elaboration Profile/ Required…
