Within the Data Division, the Customer Experience Analytics team supports teams working across the customer journey, CRM, and Services. We help the business understand customer behaviors, identify opportunities to improve the experience, and measure the impact of new initiatives. As a Customer Journey & App Analytics Apprentice, you will primarily support the Customer Journey and App Analytics scope. You will work closely with Product, Tech, UX, and Business teams to analyze customer behavior, support experimentation, and turn data into actionable insights.…
