Après une période d’intégration et de formation aux méthodes de notre magasin, vous définirez et adapterez une offre plats cuisinés / traiteur à consommer sur place ou à emporter. Pour ce faire, vous privilégierez les produits de saison et veillerez l'attractivité des produits.. Acteur du quotidien, vous serez le garant de la gestion de vos stocks, de la traçabilité de vos productions (fiches recettes, DLC...), de la rentabilité de votre activité et apporterez un soin tout particulier à la qualité et la régularité des produits.
