As an Associate Product Owner in Last Mile (internal title: Process Manager), you’ll take ownership of a defined operational process in our courier services and be responsible for it from a product perspective: understanding how it works on the floor, deciding what to improve, writing clear requirements for developers, and making sure what ships actually works for the people using it.
