Role Overview The Specialist, Onboarding (EMEA) is responsible for coordinating and delivering the successful onboarding and implementation of new clients across the EMEA region. This role manages the day-to-day onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from project initiation through to business-as-usual (BAU) operations while delivering a positive client experience. Reporting to the Onboarding Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate implementation activities, manage timelines, support system and data setup, and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
