As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Working in a dynamic international environment, you will manage the end-to-end order process, collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service, and contribute to operational excellence initiatives that drive business performance and customer satisfaction. What will you be doing: Manage the end-to-end customer order lifecycle, ensuring orders are validated, processed and released accurately across multiple systems and channels.
