WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Total Rewards Partner, you will partner with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards practices that are consistent, compliant, competitive, and aligned with global frameworks. You will support leaders with insights, data, and expert guidance to drive fair and business‑relevant reward decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market, consisting of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary. You will: Act as a rewards partner for the Sales Market, ensuring alignment with global Total Rewards strategy while maintaining local relevance.
