Vyvíjejte a implementujte strategii řízení znalostí, která zlepší samoobsluhu, efektivitu agentů a mezitýmovou spolupráci. Vytvářejte, aktualizujte a zlepšujte návody, často kladené otázky (FAQ), zdroje pro řešení problémů a osvědčené postupy, aby byly v souladu s aktualizacemi produktů a potřebami uživatelů.
