We are looking for a Transformation & Change Manager to join our IT organization and support initiatives that help us continuously improve how we work, collaborate and deliver value. This is a multidisciplinary role for someone who enjoys working across project management, organizational change, communication and continuous improvement rather than focusing on only one area. You will work with different teams and stakeholders to turn ideas into structured initiatives, support organizational and operational change, improve ways of working, and help make transformation understandable and engaging for the people affected by it.
