We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take full responsibility for the HR agenda in the Czech Republic and lead one HR team member within the local HR team. We are looking for someone who can act as a strong partner to the business, understands day-to-day HR operations and at the same time brings new ideas and initiatives to continuously improve HR processes, employee experience and company culture. The role is part of an international HR organization, therefore previous experience in a global, ideally matrix-structured company is important.
