Field Application Engineer Popis pracovní činnosti: - Poskytování technické podpory zákazníkům a obchodním partnerům při implementaci a integraci RFID technologií a produktů. - Analýza a řešení technických problémů vznikajících při nasazení hardwarových a softwarových řešení. - Poskytování odborného technického poradenství v oblasti systémové integrace, testování a provozu RFID systémů. - Příprava technické dokumentace, aplikačních doporučení a školicích materiálů. - Realizace odborných školení a prezentací pro zákazníky, partnery a interní zaměstnance. - Spolupráce s vývojovými a produktovými týmy při řešení technických požadavků zákazníků. - Podpora implementace embedded zařízení a souvisejících technologií.…
