Jako Customer Care Specialist budeš v první linii téhle zkušenosti. Budeš pomáhat zákazníkům přes telefon, e-mail a chat, řešit i složitější situace (včetně těch, které AI zatím nezvládne), a postaráš se o to, aby každý kontakt skončil s pocitem, že zákazník byl vyslyšen a dostal skutečnou pomoc. PROČ JE TAHLE ROLE ZAJÍMAVÁ - Budeš reprezentovat značku známou špičkovým zákaznickým servisem — a každý den pomáhat nastavovat laťku. - Budeš pracovat se skutečnými lidmi a reálnými situacemi — žádné čtení skriptů, ale opravdové řešení problémů. - Čeká tě inbound i outbound komunikace, nejen odpovídání na dotazy.…
