Support Benefits Manager with: Managing the benefits renewal cycle across our European Bank* aligned with the Global Benefits Strategy, ensuring all benefits are renewed timely and in-line with legislation Maintain knowledge of local best practice in the design and delivery of benefits and manage external benchmarking for the region.
