Support Benefits Manager with: Managing the benefits renewal cycle across our European Bank* aligned with the Global Benefits Strategy, ensuring all benefits are renewed timely and in-line with legislation Maintain knowledge of local best practice in the design and delivery of benefits and manage external benchmarking for the region. Provision of accurate insurance renewal data as required by brokers Day-to-day management of benefits arrangements including acting as the point of escalation for complex benefits and pension queries Ensure that relevant internal policies are reviewed regularly and are up-to-date and comply with legislation changes ensuring that current policy gaps are filled Assist in managing the Polish Social Fund; the annual budget in line with legislation, reviewing…
