Your role & work environment As Legal Operations Lead within ING Belgium’s Legal Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the legal function. Combining legal insight, operational expertise, and project leadership, you will drive initiatives that make Legal more efficient, innovative, and future-ready. You will join the Corporate Support & Legal Operations (CLO) team and report to the Head of CLO. Your key responsibilities Drive operational excellence by reviewing, optimizing, and implementing legal processes and ways of working.
