Your role & work environment As Legal Operations Lead within ING Belgium’s Legal Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the legal function. Combining legal insight, operational expertise, and project leadership, you will drive initiatives that make Legal more efficient, innovative, and future-ready. You will join the Corporate Support & Legal Operations (CLO) team and report to the Head of CLO. Your key responsibilities Drive operational excellence by reviewing, optimizing, and implementing legal processes and ways of working. Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement across the Legal function.
