The Division Within the People & Organisation Division, the Group HR Legal & Social Relations team: Manages HR legal matters and coordinates employee relations with social partners at Group level. Provides legal advice and guidance to HR and business clients across a broad range of individual employment-related cases/ Monitors developments in Belgian and European employment legislation and assesses their impact on the organisation. Advises on required changes to internal policies and practices and supports their implementation. For countries with Euroclear Representative offices, partners with external legal counsel to assess and implement necessary changes.…
