What you will do As a Customer Success Intern at OTIV, you will immerse yourself in the dynamics of client management and deployment coordination, while working closely with our Customer Success team. You will play a hands-on role managing French-speaking client accounts, supporting live rollouts and pilots at customer sites, and identifying new prospects across the French-speaking market. Acting as our eyes and ears in the field, you will gather customer feedback and operational insights that shape how we grow.
