What you will do As a Customer Success Intern at OTIV, you will immerse yourself in the dynamics of client management and deployment coordination, while working closely with our Customer Success team. You will play a hands-on role managing French-speaking client accounts, supporting live rollouts and pilots at customer sites, and identifying new prospects across the French-speaking market. Acting as our eyes and ears in the field, you will gather customer feedback and operational insights that shape how we grow. Your contributions will directly support our commercial efforts and help strengthen relationships that drive OTIV forward. Are you in for the challenge?
