Du koordinierst persönliche Interviews und sorgst für eine reibungslose Terminabstimmung mit Kandidaten und internen Stakeholdern. Darüber hinaus organisierst du Reisen inklusive Flügen, Zugverbindungen, Hotels und Shuttle-Services. Bei Bedarf kümmerst du dich um Einreisevisa und die Abwicklung von Reisekostenerstattungen. Dabei gelingt es dir, mit deiner verbindlichen und positiven Kommunikation zukünftige Talente zu begeistern.
