EXECUTE HR KPI REPORTING You’ll run quarterly HR KPI reporting and coordinate the underlying data analysis. You’ll help ensure that reports are accurate, timely and relevant to the evolving needs of the business. WORKFORCE AND PERSONNEL COST PLANNING You’ll support and run workforce and personnel cost planning processes, helping HR Managers and Business Partners use the planning tool effectively and understand headcount and cost impacts. REPORTING TOOL ENABLEMENT AND TRAINING You’ll train and coach HR stakeholders in the effective use of reporting tools.
