Content Creation & Editing You transform existing footage, photos, and assets into high-performing short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, and carousels. You own the full editing workflow - from cutting and pacing to sound design, captions/subtitles, color grading, and motion graphics. Format Development & Creative Ideation You develop and pitch original content formats and series, combining trend insights, platform best practices, and audience understanding to continuously create fresh and relevant ideas for our channels. Trend Awareness & Proactive Inspiration You stay constantly on top of platform trends, sounds, and emerging formats, proactively bringing new ideas into the team.
