Redaktionsmanagement Du erstellst im Team den monatlichen Dienstplan für die gesamte aktuelle Redaktion, hast Urlaube, Dienstreisen, Sonderprojekte und Schulungen im Blick. Informationen über Krankenstände, Dienstwechsel und -Ausfälle laufen bei Dir zusammen, werden systematisiert und abgelegt. Umplanungen und personelle Ersatzszenarien werden nach Rücksprache mit den Vorgesetzten eigenständig übernommen. Tagesbetrieb Du unterstützt den laufenden Redaktionsbetrieb durch die Bearbeitung tagesaktueller Produktions-Aufträge und die Aktualisierung der Quotentafel. Zudem koordinierst du Termine, verwaltest Outlook-Terminserien und passt den Dienstplan laufend an. Bei Bedarf übernimmst du die Vertretung in der Planung sowie die Buchung von Schnittplätzen und externen Produktionseinheiten.…
