TUMI Store Manager ist verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Leitung des Stores mit dem Ziel, Umsatz- und Profitziele zu erreichen bzw. zu übertreffen. Er stellt ein hochwertiges Kundenerlebnis sicher, führt und entwickelt das Team und sorgt für eine reibungslose tägliche Store-Operation. Dazu gehören die Analyse und Steuerung von KPIs, die Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Businessmaßnahmen, sowie die Sicherstellung von Visual Merchandising, Warenverfügbarkeit, Inventuren und Kostenkontrolle. Der Store Manager fungiert außerdem als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Store, Head Office und lokalen Partnern.
