TUMI Store Manager ist verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Leitung des Stores mit dem Ziel, Umsatz- und Profitziele zu erreichen bzw. zu übertreffen. Er stellt ein hochwertiges Kundenerlebnis sicher, führt und entwickelt das Team und sorgt für eine reibungslose tägliche Store-Operation. Dazu gehören die Analyse und Steuerung von KPIs, die Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Businessmaßnahmen, sowie die Sicherstellung von Visual Merchandising, Warenverfügbarkeit, Inventuren und Kostenkontrolle. Der Store Manager fungiert außerdem als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Store, Head Office und lokalen Partnern. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Führung und Motivation des Teams, der Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie der konsequenten Umsetzung von Trainings und Standards.…
