About this job

Sie steuern mit Ihrem Team sämtliche Bau-, Modernisierungs-, Einrichtungs- und Instandhaltungsprojekte und sichern die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und wirtschaftlichen Vorgaben. Sie verantworten die Immobilien-Investitions- und Instandhaltungsbudgets und optimieren CAPEX, OPEX sowie die Kosten innerhalb der Technischen Abteilung. Sie priorisieren das Projektportfolio, überwachen den Fortschritt und sorgen für ein transparentes Reporting entlang von Budget, Mittelfristplanung und Business Plan. Sie entwickeln technische, energetische und bauliche Standards kontinuierlich weiter und treiben Innovationen in Bau- und Einrichtungstechnik, Elektrotechnik sowie HKLS/TGM voran.…
