Create, organize, and manage departmental as well as international sourcing and buying related projects across multiple countries and business functions. Act as a key contact person for senior management and various departments within the REWE organization, particularly in the CEE region. Drive cross-country project coordination and governance to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful execution. Support the development, standardization, and continuous optimization of processes within the department. Ensure efficient know-how transfer, documentation, and administrative support across international stakeholders. Support the Head of Department in coordinating daily business activities and driving departmental priorities.…
