Your Mission As our Expert, Treasury ALM, you will run the day-to-day engine of a multi-entity treasury function spanning traditional finance and digital assets. Reporting to the Manager of Treasury, you will manage liquidity and balance sheet operations across a multi-regulatory structure handling 12+ fiat currencies and 700+ digital assets. You will serve as a key subject matter expert bridging the gap between traditional banking frameworks and 24/7 crypto liquidity. What You’ll Do ALM & Risk Execution: Manage duration and liquidity mismatches across traditional and crypto markets, monitoring the IRRBB framework and stress-testing the balance sheet against aggressive market pivots.…
