Sie entwickeln das globale Prozessmodell für Recruiting und Onboarding weiter und stellen dessen erfolgreiche Umsetzung in den beteiligten Ländern sicher. Eine durchgängige und positive Candidate Journey vom ersten Kontakt bis zum ersten Arbeitstag wird durch Ihre konzeptionelle und fachliche Arbeit ermöglicht. Gemeinsam mit relevanten Stakeholdern gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung der Career Site und der Candidate Experience unter Berücksichtigung von Employer-Branding-Anforderungen.…
