Die Anstellung ist für mind. 20 Stunden/Woche geplant, kann aber gerne auf bis zu 38,5 Stunden/Woche ausgedehnt werden. Deine Aufgaben: Unterstützung unserer HR-Generalist_innen im Tagesgeschäft Mitarbeit bei Recruiting-Prozessen und Bewerbermanagement Unterstützung bei Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen Erstellung von Verträgen, Bestätigungen, Dienstzeugnissen und HR-Dokumenten Pflege von Personaldaten und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in unseren HR-Systemen Mitarbeit…
