Sie erstellen und interpretieren immobilienspezifische Reports und Analysen und wirken an der Maßnahmenableitung und -umsetzung mit. Sie übernehmen wesentliche Planungs- und Jahresabschlussagenden, bspw. die Mitarbeit am Budget und an Hochrechnungen sowie im Wirtschaftsprüfungsprozess und die Bewertung von Mietobjekten sowie Eigenimmobilien im Rahmen des Impairment-Tests nach IFRS. Die Position zeichnet sich durch eine enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen wie dem Rechnungswesen, Controlling und operativen Immobilienmanagement aus. Zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität arbeiten Sie kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Prozessen und eingesetzten Bewertungstools.…
