Die Abteilung Internationale Hochschulkooperation (IHK) ist im OeAD für die Abwicklung von EU- und national finanzierten Stipendien- und Förderprogrammen im Hochschulbereich zuständig. Neben Einzelmobilitäten – Incoming und Outgoing – werden auch europäische und weltweit ausgerichtete Kooperationsprojekte gefördert. Informations- und Beratungsaktivitäten, die Positionierung des österreichischen Hochschulstandorts weltweit, die Bewertung ausländischer Hochschulabschlüsse für den Arbeitsmarkt, sowie weitere Initiativen ergänzen das Portfolio der Abteilung.
